Our offices located in the heart of Docklands have a fully resilient data centre and a manned 24 x 7 NOC support desk. We are able to offer multiple racks, single racks, or space within a rack with or without support. Our NOC can also be rented out in its entirety or on a "per seat" basis.

Our engineers have years of experience of working in Data Centres and have a wide range of skills from cable installation to network support. Services can be purchased on a credit basis with a guaranteed response from 1 or 4 hours.

  • Soft booting or power cycling a servers, routers or switches
  • Installing Cross Connects
  • Verifying, adding, or removing a demarcation label
  • Moving, labelling or securing cables
  • Relaying status of equipment LEDs or typing commands on a console
  • Replacing or verifying patch cable integrity
  • Providing a serial number on customer equipment to customer
  • Providing visual verification to assist during a customer's remote troubleshooting
  • Plugging in a console port for remote management by customer
  • Escort service to and from the suite or cabinet
  • Receipt of your equipment in accordance with Data Centre Policy
  • Installing pre-configured equipment (Rack and Stack)
  • Installing customer provided software on equipment
  • Provide co-operation to carriers for circuit testing, for example loop-back tests
